Beverex is primarily used by beverage suppliers seeking a seamless platform to connect with wholesale importers globally. Our users range from craft beverage producers to mid-sized and larger beverage companies, all aiming to expand their market presence.

To start selling on Beverex, simply complete the "Sign Up" form on our website. Once we receive your details, our team will review your application and contact you to guide you through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for showcasing and trading your products on our platform.

Buyers are required to order a minimum of one industrial beverage pallet. The exact quantity per pallet depends on the size and nature of the products. For sampling purposes, buyers also have the option to order a sample box to experience your offerings before committing to larger orders.

We welcome a wide variety of beverages on Beverex, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Suppliers can list everything from juices and kombucha to sparkling drinks and other refreshing beverages, catering to a broad range of market demands.

On Beverex, there are two payment methods:

1. Sample Box Orders: Payments are processed immediately, with funds transferred to your linked Stripe or PayPal account, depending on the buyer's chosen payment method.

2. Wholesale Orders: Payments for wholesale orders are handled through the Beverex Escrow service, ensuring secure and transparent transactions.

No, you can start accepting orders even before production begins. This approach enables you to produce based on actual demand, reducing the risk of overstocking and optimising your inventory management.

Shipping costs depend on the terms agreed upon with buyers. Here's an overview:

• FOB (Free On Board): The seller is responsible for transportation costs to the nearest port.
• EXW (Ex Works): The buyer handles all transportation costs from the seller’s location to the final destination.

Our team is available to guide you through the process and ensure clarity on all shipping terms and costs.

As part of your Beverex membership, you'll receive tailored information on labeling and packaging for each destination:

• Information Access: When you accept overseas orders, our team provides specific labeling and packaging guidelines that align with the regulations of the destination country.

• Pre-Delivery Checklist: Before your products are collected for delivery, we provide a checklist to ensure all labeling requirements are met. This must be completed and returned to us 24 hours prior to collection.
